స్టేడియంలో, టీవీల ద్వారా మ్యాచ్ చూస్తున్న అభిమానులను యువీ సిక్సర్లతో కనువిందుచేశాడు. టి20క్రికెట్లో ఓ ఓవర్లో ఆరు బంతుల్లో ఆరు సిక్సర్లు కొట్టిన తొలి బ్యాట్స్ మన్ గా, ఓవరాల్ గా క్రికెట్ చరిత్రలో నాలుగో ఆటగాడి యువీ చరిత్ర సృష్టించాడు. యువీ ఈ మ్యాచ్ లో 16 బంతుల్లో 3 ఫోర్లు, 7 సిక్సర్లతో 58 పరుగులు చేశాడు. ఈ మ్యాచ్ లో టీమిండియా 18 పరుగులతో గెలిచింది. ప్రపంచ కప్ ను సొంతం చేసుకుంది.

Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh already fell in love with the Vizag city. This Mumbai Indians team member is currently in the port city for playing few IPL Matches.

The moment he stepped into the hotel room, Bhajji can't believe what he has seen and he goes to the extent of comparing the AP City with Durban. 'Vizag or Durban ? It's Vizag guys..stunning view from my room,' he wrote, while sharing the picture.

So far, Mumbai Indians have won 6 out of their 9 matches in the 9th edition of IPL. Winning three more matches out of five to be played will confirm the berth in Semis.

Last year, Mumbai Indians won the IPL title. If they continue to do that in 2016 as well, Then Mumbai Indians will enter record books as the only franchise to win trophy for two successive years and overall thrice.

‘ఫ్రమ్ ఎ వైల్డ్ ఛైల్డ్ టు ఎ వర్చువస్ హీరో’ అంటూ సచిన్ జీవిత గాథ మొత్తాన్ని ప్రేక్షకుల ముందు పెట్టాలని ‘సచిన్’ ఫిలిం మేకర్స్ భావిస్తున్నారు. ఐతే ఇది డాక్యుమెంటరీనా.. సినిమానా.. అసలు ఇందులో సచిన్ స్వయంగా నటిస్తున్నాడా.. లేక అతడి పాత్రను వేరెవరైనా పోషిస్తున్నారా.. అన్నదే అర్థం కావడం లేదు. అజహర్ - ధోనిల జీవిత చరిత్రతోనూ సినిమాలు తెరకెక్కుతున్నాయి. ఐతే వాళ్ల పాత్రల్ని ఇమ్రాన్ హష్మి - సుశాంత్ రాజ్ పుత్ పోషిస్తున్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ఆ విషయంలో ఎలాంటి దాపరికం లేదు. ఐతే ‘సచిన్’ సినిమా సంగతి ఏంటన్నదే తేలడం లేదు. టీజర్ చూస్తే సచిన్ ఈ సినిమాను నరేట్ చేయబోతున్నట్లుగా అర్థమవుతోంది. అంటే చిన్ననాటి విశేషాలకు సంబంధించి మాత్రం నటీనటులతో చేయించి.. ఆ తర్వాత వాస్తవ మ్యాచ్ లకు సంబంధించిన దృశ్యాల్ని జోడించి.. దీన్ని సినిమాకు డాక్యుమెంటరీకి మధ్యలో ఉండేలా తయారు చేస్తారేమో అన్న సందేహాలు కలుగుతున్నాయి. ఈ విషయంలో ‘సచిన్’ టీమ్ ఎలాంటి క్లారిటీ ఇవ్వకపోవడంతో అభిమానుల్లో గందరగోళం నెలకొంది.

YuppTV bags the exclusive digital media rights for the Asia Cup 2016

దాల్మియాకు గుండెపోటు: ఆస్పత్రిలో చేరిక

కోల్‌కతా: భారత క్రికెట్ నియంత్రణ మండలి (బిసిసిఐ) అధ్యక్షుడు జగన్మోహన్ దాల్మియా గుండెపోటుతో ఆస్పత్రిలో చేరారు. దాంతో ఆయనను గురువారం రాత్రి ఆస్పత్రిలో చేర్చారు. 75 ఏళ్ల వయస్సు గల దాల్మియా కోల్‌కతాలోని కెఎం బిర్లా ఆస్పత్రిలో చికిత్స పొందుతున్నారు .
బిసిసిఐ అధ్యక్షుడిగా బాధ్యతలు చేపట్టినప్పటి నుంచి ఆయన ఆరోగ్యంపై పెద్ద యెత్తునే చర్చ సాగుతోంది. తీవ్రమైన ఛాతీ నొప్పితో బాధపడుతున్న దాల్మియాను ఇంటెన్సివ్ కేర్ యూనిట్‌లో చేర్చారని, వైద్యులు ఆయన ఆరోగ్యాన్ని పర్యవేక్షస్తున్నారని వైద్యులు చెప్పినట్లు ఐఎఎన్ఎస్ న్యూస్ ఏజెన్సీ తెలిపింది.



వార్తాకథనాల ప్రకారం - అల్జిమీర్స్‌తో పాటు ఇతర అనారోగ్యంతో బాధపడుతున్న దాల్మియా కొద్ది నెలలుగా కార్యాలయానికి కూడా వెళ్లడం లేదు. బిసిసిఐ అధ్యక్షుడిగా ఆయన 2015 మార్చిలో ఎన్నికయ్యారు. ముంబై క్రికెట్ సంఘం అధ్యక్షుడు శరద్ పవార్ ఇటీవల కేంద్ర ఆర్థిక మంత్రి అరుణ్ జైట్లీని కలిసి దాల్మియా ఆరోగ్యం గురించి చెప్పి, బిసిసిఐ అధ్యక్షుడిగా ఆయనను తప్పిస్తే మంచిదని చెప్పినట్లు సమాచారం అరుణ్ జైట్లీకి కూడా పరిస్థితి తెలుసునని అంటున్నారు. దాల్మియా స్థానంలో బిసిసిఐ పగ్గాలను శరద్ పవార్ చేపట్టాలని చాలా మంది కోరుకుంటున్నారు. అయితే, శరద్ పవార్ అందుకు సిద్ధంగా లేరని అంటున్నారు.
