ఒకటి తర్వాత రెండు సున్నాలెంత? అంటే.. ఒక నవ్వు నవ్వి.. వంద అంటాం. అదే ఐదు సున్నాలుంటే అని అడిగితే క్షణం ఊపిరి పీలుస్తున్నట్లుగా రెండు..డు సెకన్ల తర్వాత లక్ష అని చెబుతాం. సరే.. ఒకటి తర్వాత 30సున్నాలు ఉంటే అని అడిగితే.. తెల్ల ముఖం వేయాల్సిందే. లెక్క వేయటం కూడా కష్టమే. ఆ మాటకు వస్తే తప్పుల్లేకుండా ముప్ఫై సున్నాలు వరసగా వేయటమూ ఇబ్బందే. అలాంటిది చదివి చెప్పటం చాలా కష్టం. మరి సింపుల్ గా చెప్పాలంటే.. ఈ అంకెను క్వింటిలియన్ గా పిలుస్తారు.

ఇప్పుడు మొదలెట్టిన ఈ సూపర్ కంప్యూటర్ ను మరో నాలుగైదేళ్లలో తయారు చేసేస్తామన్న నమ్మకంతో ఉన్నారు. చైనీయులు పెట్టుకున్న లక్ష్యం కానీ సక్సెస్ ఫుల్ గా పూర్తి అయితే.. ప్రపంచంలో అత్యంత వేగంగా లెక్కలు కట్టే కంప్యూటర్ గా మారుతుంది. ఇప్పటివరకూ అందుబాటులో ఉన్న సూపర్ కంప్యూటర్లలో టియన్హె 1 మొనగాడుగా చెబుతుంటారు. ఇది సెకనుకు 93 క్వాడ్రిలియన్ లెక్కల్ని చేస్తుందని చెబుతారు. ఇప్పుడు తయారు చేయాలని భావిస్తున్న సూపర్ డూపర్ కంప్యూటర్ టియన్హె 1 కంటే దాదాపు 200 రెట్లు వేగంగా పని చేయాలన్నదే లక్ష్యం. మరీ.. కంప్యూటర్ తయారీ సక్సెస్ ఫుల్ గా పూర్తి అయితే సాంకేతికంగా మరో భారీ అడుగు ముందుకు పడినట్లే.
