హార్యానాకు చెందిన సామాజిక కార్యకర్త సుదీర్ యాదవ్ వాట్సప్ - వైబర్ లపై నిషేధం విధించాలని సుప్రీం కోర్టులో ప్రజాప్రయోజన వ్యాజ్యం దాఖలు చేశారు. ఈ సామాజిక సందేశాల అప్లికేషన్లు దేశ భద్రతకు చేటు అని ఆయన తన పిటీషన్లో తెలిపారు. వాట్సాప్ అప్లికేషన్లు సందేశాలను ఎన్క్రిప్షన్ చేసి పంపుతున్నాయని వీటితో ఉగ్రవాదులు చేరవేసే సమాచారాన్ని దర్యాప్తు అధికారులు చేధించడం అసాధ్యమని ఆరోపించారు. సూపర్ కంప్యూటర్ల సాయంతో ఒక్క 256-బిట్ సందేశాన్ని డీక్రిప్షన్ చేయాలంటే వందల సంవత్సరాలు పడుతుందని సుదీర్ వివరించాడు. సందేశాలను ఎన్ క్రిప్షన్ చేస్తున్న వాట్సప్ - వైబర్ - టెలిగ్రామ్ - హైక్ - సిగ్నల్ అప్లికేషన్లను వెంటనే నిషేధించాలని పిటిషన్ లో పేర్కొన్నాడు. ఈ పిటిషన్ ను విచారణకు స్వీకరించిన సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానం ఈ మేరకు తీర్పిచ్చింది.
ఫేస్బుక్ స్థానాన్ని క్రమంగా ఆక్రమించేసిన ఇన్స్టెంట్ మెసేజింగ్ యాప్ వాట్సప్ ఇప్పుడు మరో సరికొత్త ఫీచర్ను యాడ్ చేసుకుంది. ఇక మీదట వాట్సప్లో జిఫ్ ఫార్మాట్లో ఉన్న ఫొటోలను కూడా అప్లోడ్ చేయొచ్చు. ఈ విషయాన్ని ద నెక్స్ట్ వెబ్ సంస్థ తెలిపింది. ఈ సంస్థ టెక్నాలజీలో వస్తున్న సరికొత్త మార్పులను ఎప్పటికప్పుడు పరిశీలిస్తుంటుంది. ఈసారి కొత్తగా వాట్సప్ను అప్డేట్ చేసుకున్న తర్వాత అందులో జిఫ్ ఫొటోలు ఆటోప్లే అవుతాయి. యూజర్లు కూడా
